Baby health and saftey

i have a 2000 chevy impala black with red reflective tail. i once saw on ebay a decal or some type of covering

to make the back end all blackexcept of course the tail lights. i can no longer find the item on ebay or anywhere else on the web for that matter. can someone help me please???????
