Where can we have swing dances in Memphis TN?

We need a venue in Memphis TN, with a professional dance floor. Our venue just closed and now our swing dance club has no where to go. We need a venue that can hold ~50 or less people and that will take a % of our profits for payments for dance lessons and dances some time during the week. If you know of somewhere in town that can offer this please let me know.
